Not quite. Normally a date requires a mutual attraction.

As has been said: for some, not all. Sometimes one person is attracted to the others money, success or fame. That person sees the other has someone who has things they don't, realizes they can get something and the only thing required is some sexual service. It happens all the time. Open your eyes. It's no different than prostitution, in fact, it's the very definition of the word.

Again, what's the difference between that, and just offering the cash upfront to a girl in a brothel who is willing? I don't see any.

As has been touched on before, the issue is not straightforward. For all of my supposed pro-prostitution posts on this board, I have seen with my own eyes the bad and seedy aspects (but only from a safe distance).

What gets me (and some other posters on here) is that the current stance in both government and society isn't working. Criminalising prostitutes is getting us nowhere. Criminalising johns probably won't either. Instead of the knee-jerk reaction people seem to get whenever the subject is raised, people should understand that prostitution is never going to go away. Never. Ever. Not even if you brought in the death penalty for it.

So why not try a more pragmatic approach to the problem? That's all I'm saying.

Hell, I'm starting to sound like a politician! Let's face it, with my knowledge of the subject, I'm probably ideal for government.

These girls WANT the job. As I said previously, the waiting list for girls applying to the Bunny Ranch in Nevada, one of the worlds top brothels, is enormous and is comprised of women from all over the world who WANT to work there.

Sex has been and always will be a business, whether you admit it or not. It just so happens many women (unlike the ones who post here, apparently) see this fact and desire to get in on it and make a shit load of money for something they do already.

What's sad is the women are degraded and scorned for taking advantage of an opportunity, when it is the men who should be embarrassed and ridiculed.

Only when the man is famous or a political official, do we point the finger at them. Some states have taken to airing a television show which displays the mugshots of men who have been arrested in an attempt to discourage them from pursuing their carnal pleasures.

For the record that show has scored #1 in its time slot among Married Women 25-54.

I'm talking about the cases where one side (usually the man) buys the meals, jewelry and trips for the woman because she expects it and is rewarded with sex. Not that I see anything wrong with either, it's just that some people vehemently claim that it's not the same. It is. If you enjoy paying for sex than that's fine, but let's call a spade a spade here.

You sound like you're bitter because you paid for dinner and bought you date a nice watch, but didn't end up with any. Thus you validate that she's a whore, because you didn't buy her an expensive enough watch.
