Men and women have oral and anal sex. Is there gay sex? I don't think so. I meant the men are kind of moving and singing in effeminate ways. I like the music. I like gay bands like Erasure and Pet Shop Boys. Nothing wrong with 'gay' videos per se. The video for November Spawned a Monster is the gayest video in production. It is also the hottest. Rwoarrr! That one is just not sexy. Too cutsey for my tastes.

So what I'm gathering is you liked the music. You found it had a sexy and exciting quality to it, but then the cutesy antics within the video sort of threw cold water on the situation.

Almost like if you're making with this sexy new stranger on the couch of your living room. Things are getting progressively steamier, then all of a sudden the Sesame Street theme pops on and suddenly you're watching Elmo and Big Bird frolic down the lane. You might even flashback and hear your mother yelling "Put that thing down!".

Your previous urges suddenly free fall away like a boulder hurtling through a Canadian timber forest 100 miles from any living soul and crashing through the ice of a frozen lake into the frigid and numbing waters below.

....Is that sort of the experience, or?

I downloaded the album a few years back, and all of it is equally odd, but strangely wonderful.

They were another one of those weird artists promoted by Zappa, like Wild Man Fischer. The song itself is as accurate an examination of the human condition as any released though:
