no, its good we know about christian scum like the fred phelps & the WBC
they represent the 'flagship' of what the religious right is really all about and those of us not apart of it must never forget that
unless we want to risk being murdered in our sleep someday by the supposed 'silent majority'
& personally, i am glad that the few good Christians i have known were embarrassed by people like Phelps, it means there is hope for them yet

The religious right makes the rest of us normal, everyday Republicans look bad, as does Dubya.

these people are not Christians, they are psychos. please do not confuse the two. they arent even "psycho Christians." thats like telling someone who is a Muslim that one of the those guys who blow themselves up along with everyone around them are Muslims too, just the "crazy" types. also, alot of people base the reasons they do good in the world on their religious views, so saying that any decisions based on a "religious" view is a flawed concept.
