Ham to us, is that thin sliced rubbish you find on sandwiches..that's ham
And that is Gammon because is a massive thick thing that you have with pineapple rings and eggs and such!

In Britain, you say courgette instead of zucchini, and aubergine instead of eggplant. Also sultanas = raisins. We are truly two nations divided by a common language.
