Yes, I agree, this is a more music-dominated album than most of Morrissey's solo work. Maybe that's why some folks have a problem with it. I like the album because it's so bombastic!

The drum solo reminds me of the days when my music teacher used to play his damn Gene Krupa albums in class. The drums on here appeal to me more. The guitar work on "Do Your Best and Don't Worry" are sublime. I'm not a musician. I just know what I like.

Actually, Morrissey wrote some pretty memorable lyrics on this album so, I don't see why there isn't something for everybody to appreciate.
