It was the standby title...but the 4-track demo recorded under that name still exists.

I liken it to how just because you know the song ended up being called 'Ganglord', it doesn't change the fact that the demo is titled 'Get Back To The Ghetto'.

'Came Here For' isn't a Morrissey song and 'You Say You Don't Love Me' was a cover song never recorded.
