Northwest tonight a news programme for the Northwest (oddly enough) has just aired a segment about the Eurovision rumour. The general opinion was that he would not do a song cheesey or kitsch enough to win it but at the same time he may have an interest in reviving the pop aspect of the competition which was in his youth considered far more serious than it is today. Interesting enough, Terry Christian reckons he will use the publicity but will ultimately knock the idea into touch and not enter a song for consideration as the UK entry! Any exposure is good I guess.
