White Label Album - The Smiths

Hi

I have a vinyl white label promo version of 'The Smiths' album which I bought in Camden probably over 20 years ago for about £8 (as I remember). Back then I was always under the impression that white label records was always more valuable. Does anybody know if this is true and what the record is worth today, if anything?

One sold on ebay with the press release for £123 which is massively over priced in my opinion.
Another went for £50 on the vinyl exchange website around the same time.
I think £50 is about right.
