According to Q magazine the (latest issue with Manic Street Preachers on the front) The title of Morrissey's next release will be entitled "Irish Blood, English Heart". The article says that although he is not yet signed, this is a decision that has already been made. So he probably already has an album set and ready for distribution all he needs is reputable backing!...we'll see...
