I think I'm right in saying the Warners bought all of the Smiths' back-catalogue. What impact does this have on RT's new 'megastore' on Brick Lane?

That's what I thought ... thanks.
RT the label was owned by Sanctuary, a music group - afaik the shops are owned by Geoff Travis himself, but I'm open to correction.
