"Pregnant" video question

Okay, I know that the "around town" stuff is in Berlin, but what about all of the concert footage? Not anything urgent, but if anyone knows what shows they are from i'd love to know.

I presume that some of it is but Moz has on three or four different outfits in the footage. Did he constantly change wardrobe during the Kill Uncle tour.
