"ouzar" song in warmup to live show?

Among the many comedy (and some rubbish) warmup videos shown before Moz came out on Tuesday night in Nottingham, what is the song with the guy in a motorcycle helmet, singing in French or maybe Italian and including some dancing Hawaii or Tahiti girls in grass skirts, and with him singing "ouzar" or something like that.
