I could list them, but you could visit this website Good to see you finally realized Obama has achieved a lot, even though he has to put up with the most condescending, childish and reactionary right-wing 'party of no' ever.

I went to the site. Clicking a few random achievements I was not impressed. For example
"Signed the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act, giving the FDA the authority to regulate the manufacturing, marketing, and sale of tobacco for the first time."
The reader is apparently supposed to rejoice that new federal regulations have been put in place on an industry that seems to have been doing fine without it for years. We all know smoking is unhealthy but do we have extra money to micromanage one of the few industries not looking for a bailout?
"Signed New START Treaty - nuclear arms reduction pact with Russia"
This seems good. Although we've been reducing the number of arms for decades while still developing newer weapons, and this is probably not really going to make us any safer, at least being friendly with the Russians is a nice thing. Certainly an achievement.
"Increased average fuel economy standards from 27.5mpg to 35.5mpg, starting in 2016"
haha, wait... If he "increased" then he's already done it, but this is something that won't happen until he's out of office. Just a detail but makes me wonder about this website. I really don't think the average American, when asking "what has Obama done for me?", is looking for, "Well, in six years your car is going to get more miles per gallon. How? Well it was regulated!"
"Provided travel expenses to families of fallen soldiers to be on hand when the body arrives at Dover AFB."
no comment. i
Sarah Palin is not going to be elected President, and she's probably not even running, She is just making the most of her position right now so she can be famous by being divisive and get paid to speak and sell books and be on television.
Do you think Obama is not wrapped in the same flag carrying the same cross, anyway?
