An REM thread for r.e.m. stuff

Hi everyone,

I saw U2 in Nashville for the 100th show of their current tour last night. Great show, but what does it have to do with R.E.M.?

U2 last played in Nashville in December of 1981. The opening act? You guessed it: R.E.M.

No, I wasn't there because I had no idea who either band was back then. The tickets price was a stunning $5. I wish I could have been there, but who has a clue at 16 years of age? :lbf:

any audio rip from this stream? it have been cool have it on my ipod when i'm going to the airport tomorrow afternoon for vacation. are gonna buy it tomorrow, but no time to put it on my computer

R.E.M. (MTV Unplugged)

Does anybody know which performance of "Losing My Religion" is included on "The Very Best Of MTV Unplugged"?

It was the only song (as far as I am aware) that was performed during their 1991 appearance and also the one in 2001.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

this is one of the best and most know bootleg from r.e.m., but in july 2011 it was release as offical album the record store like amazon, cdon etc.
