HSIN #4 in top 20 'killer' b-sides

Their choice for #1 is complete crap

I think "How Soon Is Now?" is deserving of recognition as a great B-side, but I also think it must bear an asterisk, like most of the songs on that list do: a great B-side should also be an unknown commodity, a treasure only fans know about. It doesn't seem fair to single out a B-side, pardon the pun, when the record company, after realizing how good the song is, subsequently flogs it to death as an A-side. "How Soon Is Now?" is The Smiths' signature tune for crying out loud. Accordingly, with that in mind, I nominate "Jeane" for The Smiths' greateset B-side, and "Oh Well, I'll Never Learn" for Morrissey's; the all-time best B-side is New Order's "Lonesome Tonight", B-side to the epic "Thieves Like Us" single of 1984.

Would this be in America? I think that HSIN was an A-side over here...
Mired in top 30 mediocrity unfortunately
