more importantly...

i don't know julia. she may be a wonderful person. i have never met her, never seen her, don't really care about her, and don't find her interesting in the least. based on my limited knowledge of who this person is and what she does with her time and money, i'd say she needs a head of psychotherapy. and yes, i am a licensed mental health professional, by the way.

morrissey live-in-concert is just not that much of an experience, people. a person who spends that much time and money following around an icon who is slightly past his prime needs to get some new hobbies. sure, it's her time, and it's her money, and she can do what she wants with it. but i can also have an opinion about her having some mental health issues...

don't be jealous of her. don't hate her. what's the point?

it's only morrissey, after all...

I really don't know how you can say it's not much of an experience. I totally disagree with that. Although it certainly does not last long enough.
I do agree about her needing psychotherapy though, I know I do.
I must admit, if I had her money and lifestyle (she appears to have no commitments whatsoever,) I,sadly, would be doing the same thing.
It obviously follows there is something major missing in one's life.
Do you agree?

No, I remarked tonight that I am actually not jealous of her AT ALL. Yes, it would be lovely to have all of that cash but I am sorry, I wouldn't spend it flying around the globe to see Morrissey. He means a LOT to me, but not quite THAT much. I do not hate her, and I am sick to death of this subject. So can we move on to something else? Thank you.

oh christ! look, I do NOT hate the woman nor am I jealous or envious of her. I just think it's kind of strange that she would choose to spend her money in that way, but whatever. Breathtaking? I have a friend in Philly who saw both shows and said that Moz was talking to Julia throughout the show, and it was almost like he was singing directly to her. My friend was really pissed off about it. I don't know nor do I care what sort of friendship Julia and Moz have but I do know that a whole arena full of people came to see MORRISSEY - not the MORRISSEY & JULIA show. He treats his fans, his SUPPORTERS, like shit.

AND, I'D LIKE TO KNOW, *WHAT* SELF SACRIFICE DOES JULIA BRING THAT THE REST OF THE MORRISSEY SUPPORTERS DIDN'T????

You are really wacked. A. she's sacrificing EVERYTHING else, LIKE WHAT? B. Julia is a sad person. *I mean there is nothing else in her world except Morrissey, really* ( sounds a bit like Andy I Cats with money). Excuse me, but he has singled ONE person out of an audience of, I don't know, 10,000 or more just because he's somehow *comforted* by her? When there are many supporters and fans who LOVE MORRISSEY JUST AS MUCH AS SHE DOES, MAYBE MORE??? For these other *plebians* they get NOTHING in return? When they are looking for the SAME MAGICAL MOMENT that *poor* Julia does? "Also, you don't think she pays travel expenses? Who do you think does?" I could venture a guess. I just feel really badly for my friend at the second Philly show- I am not going to go into it, but Morrissey *supposedly* was not performing to HIS FANS (plural) -he was giving a private show. And having a conversation with him during set changes, that shows LOTS of class, Moz. Do you know how many fans probably struggled to GET THERE, and PAY FOR THEIR TICKETS, it's a real hassle. He should not be treating his OTHER fans this way. Or has he FORGOTTEN THEM?

Exactly Colleen, this poster has serious problems if she sees all that in some nonentity! It begs one to wonder who the poster is??????
I personally feel us "people of no importance", have to sacrifice far more than she ever will. Just can't understand whatsoever she is sacrificing??
What? What? What?

You're welcome. Glad I could help. It's the way I truly feel.

Colleen you are my hero!
How does this sad sod think they know Morrissey gets "comfort" from seeing her there. I was at RFH one time she wasn't and he certainly didn't appear to miss her then...Thats all I shall say!

Shows your intelligence by the language used.
Are you another "true friend", or maybe the same one!

Really? Do you really think Moz is *scared* of her in some bizarre way? Oh, regarding his love life. The reporter, Kevin Marriman told me in chat last week that *Jed Weitzman* (sp)told him that there would be absolutely, positively, NO Morrissey and Marr reunion. Like that really surprised me. Yes, Jed is his, well, you know. That's not really a secret anymore anyway. Re: the t shirts. no comment

Re: I Don't Envy *Julia* - Just Grow Up And Act Like Human Beings, Shall We?

i never want to talk/hear about her again! but i think that:
1 if she's seen him so many times, why does she need the front? some people have NEVER seen him and want to have one good experiance.
2 i find it would be more important for morrissey to acknowledge other fans instead of her because some people DREAM of that and j.r. has had that filled.
3 what if j.r. becomes satiated, or even bored? if the entire experiance becomes blase? or just doesn't show up? then what? she's become sort of a rabbits foot.
4 isn't she a parrallel to paris hilton? instead of shopping/partying/ romping on film, her 'thing' is morrissey. but then again, i'm quite philosophical and psychanalytical in nature.

If you didn't like him *that* much, you wouldn't be on this message board day and night. of course

How do you know Jed is 'well, his, you know'? you're reaching a bit, yes? He works for sanctuary, but how do you know he's his, well, you know?

(if that IS the case, he won't be working for moz for long, hahahahaha, we know THAT history)

Her LIFE, that's what! Any semblance of a life, in fact. That's what I term a 'sacrifice.'

Re: more importantly...

You wouldn't be on here if you thought it 'wasn't that much of an experience.' I don't know if you're just being some sort of pseudo-devil's advocate, or whatever, but you're just as addicted as everyone else. Past his prime? haha. Maybe, but you don't believe that, or you wouldn't be sitting your butt in front of a computer screen typing about him, just like the rest of us. 'It's only Morrissey, after all.' LMFAO ! You don't believe this, or you're Morrissey. Either way, I'll say it before and I'll say it again: LMFAO!

Re: Listen to me about the Julia thing for just a minute, people

ah colleen, i always have you on my side. there's nothing more incredible and precious than hearing something for the first time and falling in love with it. equally as beautiful is rediscovering a song and remembering who you were when you first heard it. our reactions to music are like our fingerprints.
