And, yes, I AM FAT! I went to the physician last Tue. for an annual check-up and found that I had gained a few pounds... I thought my pants a little snug Even with the extra weight I continue to "size up" among the bottom 5% of males of similar age/height i.e. UNDERWEIGHT (barely); nevertheless, I am on a tomato soup diet to shed the pounds because I am obsessive/compulsive in that weigh(!).

i suggest you get yourself down the gym sharpish.

Don't you mean gorgeous and brilliant?! Time for your annual physical, nitwit!

Re: It's "pretentious", moron...

Judging from your picture you could not be described as fat. Skinny is not nice, you need a little bit of something to cuddle up to.

If that is what 'fat' looks like, then 90% of Americans are blimps.

Well, I would say that I am THIN but not necessarily skinny... if that makes sense. Though fairly tall (6'0") I do have a small frame, meaning that I'm not as "skinny" as one would imagine.

Eratta: I recalculated my (former) BMI at 21, meaning that I am, in actuality, at 13th percentile -- 87% of males my height/age are heavier.

The harsh truth of the camera eye:
http://www.myspace.com/codreanu

At the moment,
I talked all my way out of that
But heavy with feeling,
I know that I weigh extra fat
Was trying to be sleeping
And these always thoughts came to me
Was something that took to get me out bed, misery

Make it better, all right
Make it better, all right
Make it better,
Make me better

So shook-ed with feeling
I drift back to it easily
How did you do it
Make more out of nothing of me

Bruises, bruises, bruises, bruises

And when you start counting
There's too much to count
And it's all repetition
And what did we do by the way?

I know it's a warning
But all i can think of is coffee in the morning
Wine in the evening
And everything else is a black or boring bruise, bruise

Two words that describe your disgustingly disease-riddled mother. You should be ashamed of yourself f***cheese. I tried your mom out on a few of my customers, and they said she smelled "down there", that's not good for business.

Nah, just watch your diet and hit the gym 3 times a week. Core training will drop a few lb's from your waistline. Also, watch the starchy foods and eat GOOD carbs. You'll be fine. Oh yeah, Drink Gallons of WATER.

I suggest you go f*** yourself needledick. And for goddsake, have your mom take care of that loaf thing down yander?

those BMI calculators are an extremely innaccurate measurment of body fat/health

Almost every single body builder in the world is considered obese by that scale, men and women with body fat percentages of 1-3 %...

Muscle mass is what keeps us fit as we age, if you dont have any of it now your setting yourself up for a tough path in the golden years

You have to work out...preferably with weights...start with a "Mens Health" magazine, I find them remarkably informative on the entire scope of fitness
