Vinyl Revival if you want t-shirts.
If you fancy a trip out of the city centre, get a tram to Stretford and go to Reel Around The Fountain records in Stretford Mall - go see Moz's old house and the Iron Bridge while you are there

My post was partly tongue in cheek PeterB. I don't expect many people to know who Herbert Chapman was (unless you live in Huddersfield in which case it is the law) but I suspect that in 80 years, very few people will remember Sir Alex either.
Dave
As any Huddersfield Town or Arsenal fan will tell you, you clearly know nothing... Herbert Chapman helped Huddersfield Town win the league three times in a row in the 1920s and then went to Arsenal and did the same for them and set them up to dominate the 1930s. He died from pneumonia at the age...
I really hope that you are right Rowntree. Would be serendipitous if Blackburn go down given that our striker left us to go there with you hope of playing premiership football - Jack Walker must be turning in his grave at the state of his club these days.

Seeing Kevin Cummins twitter feed made me think of this thread...
Look, here's Irregular Regular with his dad at the match in 1973 https://twitter.com/KCMANC/status/326694383325949952
And here is everyone's favourite Moz Solo member 'Anonymous' pretending that he lives in the future and owns...
If anyone is going to the MCFC v NUFC match on Saturday is there any chance you can pick up a programme and scan it?

Well done Peter. I knew that you had been on in the past but didn't realise that you won the show. Interesting to learn that Meat is Murder knocked Born in the USA off the top of the charts.

I'd be tempted to tweet Johnny and ask him - give him links to earlier interviews so that he knows you are serious.
Or, contact the person who conducted the interview being discussed in the other thread and ask them how they got in touch.
let us know how you get on.
Dave
If you work for the press I'm sure you would have ways and means of getting in touch, if you are a fanzine writer then I suspect your best bet is to use the 'contact' page on Johnny's website http://www.johnny-marr.com/contact-page

Fav Bond girl has to be...
Funny how no one lists Octopussy as their favourite film. The Indian scenes for this film were shot in Udaipur, even today you can eat out any night of the week and find three or four restaurants showing the film while you eat - classy.
Best Bond car? James...
Always keen to boost Trafford's tourist numbers... How about Trafford General Hospital in Davyhulme (where Moz was born), Trafford College in Stretford (was Stretford Tech when when Moz studied there), stop off at MUFC whilst you are there (Munic Air Disaster), Lancs Cricket Club (Move Festival)...
Really pleased for you Kewpie - truly inspirational woman! She is the reason I joined Amnesty 20 years ago and remain a member still, and like the poster above, sent many letters over the years to the SLORC to release her, and many, many others who have been imprisoned for political reasons...
Re: Johnny Marr
That is a very drunk sounding Johnny. He's said some nice things on twitter today about Utd fans sending good wishes - he's clearly loved up.

Re: The Manchester City FC champions 2012 thread!
Got to laugh at the City fans who left early... they wait 44 years to win the league and they go and miss it :)

Re: The Manchester City FC champions 2012 thread!
Congrats to City. They know how to make their fans worry though... hilarious seeing the Sunderland fans dancing the Pozan :)
