Well, if you mapped that graph against the closeness of historical political relationships with Iraq, you'd have about 100% correlation- which makes it pretty meaningless, really. And if you say that's proof of the moral debasement of the nations concerned, well the US was in the same boat until 1990.

Now, let's see the graph of sales of weapons of mass detruction. Suspect the US will figure rather more prominently in that one...

Russia armed them with 16578769 bottles of Vodka and France provided 753421 baguettes and 67586 cloves of garlic.

They don't fight too well, but they look and smell terrible.

thanks Oaf, now I am convinced!

the weapons of mass distruction also came from russia, after the fall of said country....who do you think might have lined some individual pockets by selling little odds and ends to nations who where in the buying mood?

Who armed Israel? (3 billion $$$s of help annually)

The answer is obvious...

maybe we should draw pictures of maimed and murdered civilians as a Ross Perot-type graph because real life pictures are so unbelievable.

Reagan and Bush1 sold them anthrax, small pox, and other biological agents for "research purposes". British scientists helped them develop them. Oh yeah...and some un-named African country helped develop their nuclear program. Bush has proof!!!

Just because Russia makes a better rifle...

What's your point?

I just found the Dissident Frogman's graph interesting, that's all. = )

yes, because human compassion is called it "Politically correct madness" by these war freaks

Ummmm, last time I looked Russia was still a going concern. Suspect you mean the USSR.

....who do you think might have lined some individual pockets

And this is the point isn't it? You're talking about opportunistic individuals as opposed to nation states, in the true capitalist spirit we'd been asking the commies to adopt for decades.

Israel should be bombed next.

They are terrorizing civilian populations.
They have a total disrespect for UN resolutions.
They have nukes.
They have been involved in genocide.

The question is not "what's your point", but rather "why haven't we yet bombed them" or "why do we keep them as friendly".

Next, you should start campaigning in favor of bombing NKorea.

Take me on my word: that will never happen.

So, why Iraq yes, and NKorea no?
Double standards?

How many WMDs have already been found?

Perhaps the US and UK can say a big thanks to the UNSCOM inspectors?
