I am a new Morrissey fan. I recently bought a copy of "Your Arsenal".
My question is who are these people in the sleeve?
I mean the man and the little girl?

The cd insert features a fold out picture of Charles Richardson from 1962 holding his little girl on the beach at Dymchurch. Charles Richardson was a convicted gangster, an enemy, I believe of rival gangsters, the Kray twins. You'll find as you plunge into The World Of Morrissey that Morrissey has an avid fascination with criminals, and "roughs."
