'If you saw the show last week, you know that Morrissey unfortunately couldn't make it; he wasn't on the show last week. A lot of fans in the audience wrote into one Morrissey website, www.morrissey-solo.com, to say how disappointed they were. OK? As were we, of course, but you know, he couldn't make it. One fan, though - Jenny, her name was - she went to the website saying how much she'd loved the show, and Morrissey's performance on it. And I'm quoting, she wrote, in fact, she wrote -'

'- Morrissey was on top form. He wasn't nervous at all. He had a go at Arctic Monkeys and sang two songs! Well Jenny, even better news. Morrissey here has agreed to sing again this week!' [Ross points to an empty chair.]
I understand, though, that aside from the claim that Morrissey was there, it's not very close to what Jenny posted.
