Useless Fan Petition

Vauxhall95

I Know It's Over...
Anyone up for a useless petition that whips us fans into a frenzy and ultimately results in nothing accomplished but wasted time and energy?

I know *I* am.

Here's what I want from the man (want do you want?):

- A studio version of "Everyday is Like Sunday" with Subway intro
- A studio version of "Redondo Beach"
- A studio version of "Honey You Know Where To Find Me"
- A studio version of the earlier, faster version of "The World is Full of Crashing Bores"
- And going way back, a studio rockably rendition of "There is a Place in Hell for Me and My Friends"

What do *you* wish for??

I'd like a full "Sunday" EP with the original, the live "rockish" version from 91, the live with banjo version and the Subway train version. They could add a new live orchestral version if they did a show or two (perhaps LA) with and orchestra for the encore. I'd also like to see all the covers he's done collected up on an album. Finally I'd like to see the boys do the Rockabilly EP that was rumoured in the early nineties. That said I think the chances of Moz doing a porn video are about as likely as any of that actually happening...

Thats a pretty good start, I'd buy each of those tunes mentioned, and have thought the same thing at one time or another. Love Redondo Beach, and much preferred the faster version of Crashing Bores........to me it became a bore on Quarry. The other two.....obvious, yes

I want Moz sing unhappy birthday for me live and with (Johnny Marr in the guitarr) for my birthday

seems the last two albums, Moz has tried to crank up the tempo
I'd like to see him, just do whatever strikes his fancy rather than trying to write "Hit songs". A rockabilly ep or lp sounds great.

Axe the Playboy shirts (tacky, tacky) and bring your buns and band on over to my house and sing Well I Wonder.

I'd like the price on the Certain People I Know single on vynil to drop so I can enjoy the studio version of Jack The Ripper without making myself broke!

Also, I'd like all the 91-98 b-sides to be collected onto a two disc set.
