I'm thinking about a 'Boy Racer' tattoo so I've been looking for Moz talking about the meaning behind the song. What I've found is mostly from critics ranging from the tyical repressed sexuality theme to it being a take on James Dean....

Anyone have ideas, or better yet any quotes from Mozzer himself? Thanks a ton...

I've always read it as being a typical response from an outsider towards the "popular kids". Hating them but envying them at the same time. Did you not have Boy Racer types at your school?
