We should trade recipes. Since old "Leatherface" isn't doing much, let's trade recipes. I'll start. This is called tomato sandwich. Take two slices of wheat toast and slather with onion cream cheese, add tomato and fried egg. Serve hot or cold, it makes me whistle. ^_^ whew whew whew wheeew whew whew whew

How about Edamame? Buy one bag of Soybeans (in shell). Steam them under they are pale green and cover in course salt!

They are super simple and super good.
