I am pretty sure it's the performance from "Modern Rock Live" - it used to broadcast nationally at some point, here in Los Angeles it was every Sunday night (on what used to be) "Y107" [107.1 FM] - in 1997 a bit after Maladjusted was released, I have it all on cassette (interview & performance), but would rather see someone confirm it before trying to transfer the whole thing.
