It has been rumoured that The Smiths covered Faithful's "Sha La La La La" song - but I never heard it.
On the other hand, the famous Cookies "I want a boy for my birthday" also has quite a load of Sha La la la las as, erm, "lyrics".
I'm not aware of precise facts that support the Smiths' covering of Faithful - are there any, or could someone somehow have mixed up the two songs (incredible, is it not?)?
