I just spoke with the the bowl, and they said the concert is still going on. There is already a line to get in, and they plan on letting people in around 5:30pm. They also said it's getting muddy down below, so you might want to wear boots or shoes you really don't care about. Also parking at the high school down the street will be getting full by 6pm, so you might want to leave a little bit early.
