I will be in New York next week (2-5), is there anything Morrissey-related or anything fun that involves beer? I would welcome any suggestions.

Is there anything inovolving beer that ISN'T fun?

Besides hangovers and date rape, of course.

Thanks for the responses. I guess the point of the post was to find any cool places for Morrissey fans (such as a good juke box) where there is good beer, and the crowd isn't too young. Thanks guys.

I'm a New Yorker, for f***'s sake. Wouldn't you be disappointed if I were helpful?

Jersey, however unrecognized, controls your sorry life.

I didn't mean to offend, I have a bad boss from New Jersey. I am in the Philadelphia region.

People who live in NJ have inferiority complexes, that's all. Just ignore them.

Re: BUMP

i am from New York and live in Manhattan

there are a few bars that i know of with Moz/Smiths in the jukebox

Lucy's on Avenue a between 10th and 9th i believe. they have Bona Drag

a block away, between 11th and 10th on avenue A ther is 'hi-fi' with a HUGE jukebox filled with tons of smiths, moz, and other really good stuff

sunday nights at SWAY (spring st. betw. varick and hudson) it is Moz night. i have seen Kate Moss there, Marc Jacobs and the lot, so it is a chic place, but i go for the Morrissey....

enjoy New York
