And it was FANTASTIC, clip to follow in around an hour. All fans should enjoy it. Lots of new stuff. Absolutely loved it.

It was bloody brilliant!!

It's was exactly like the 80s: bored by endless New Romanticism, and then Morrissey came on and lit up the stage with a political mind and brilliant pop. It made me want to get a job at the BBC just so I could look through the archives.

It was on BBC2 at 9pm. Great programme. I can't upload the whole thing. Clip to follow shorty.

Yes! And just how much better was this than those endless top 100 whatevers on channel 4? It was obvious that some fantastic research had gone into it.
I could have kicked myself for not recording it, but didn't expect to have such a feast.
Johnny Marr was very eloquent about what they hoped their music would achieve.
Looking back now, you really see them shining like a beacon amongst all the meaningless pop. I hang my head in shame to remember my adolescent obsession with John Taylor!
Anthony Price power suits and yachts versus baggy cardigans and NHS specs!
Absolutely no contest now. You live and learn.
