Yes the print out and keep guide is good, but that was designed for a one day ''MozTube Tour'' during the break in the 6 gigs in 7 days at the Roundhouse.
The book that was linked has far more than that including all the London venues The Smiths and Morrissey played at (up until mid 2007) and lots of lyrically referenced places not included in the day tour.
So speaking personally, I'd get the book.
