Morrissey/Smiths on BBC2

On the BBC 2 documentary 'The Story of Light Entertainment', they were talking about Chris Evans.

They had an interview bit with Terry Christian and he said something like 'he hates people - he's like Morrissey'.

They also played a short clip of Oscillate Wildly just prior to this.

Not important but it's nice when Moz and/or The Smiths get a mention or get played on TV.

They played several Smiths tracks - most obviously Panic for Hang the DJ and Terry Christian as I remember was a bit more verhment about Chris Evans stating- "He's a F***ing Misanthro' (pologist) He's Like Morrissey, He hates people. Thats as I remember it anyways.

Last weeks show was far funnier, it's going downhill - only Kenny Everett clips lifted it from the mire - in my opinion.

When I first heard Oscillate Wildly, having bought Louder Than Bombs, I was sure I had heard it before somewhere. It sounds like the type of music which is regularly played on TV...I don't know why.
