It's probably an hour and a half by tube. You might even be able to get a British rail train directly from Heathrow that stops at Kentish Town (where the Forum is)

Kentish Town is on the Northern Line. From Heathrow:

1. If you're feeling rich, take the Heathrow Express to Paddington, get on a circle or Hammersmith line to Kings Cross (Eastbound) and then a Northbound Northern line to Kentish Town (destination High Barnet or Mill Hill East)

I estimate about 1 hour for this

2. From Heathrow, take the Picadilly Line to Leicester Square (or Kings Cross) then change for the Northern Line as above.

About 1.5 hours for this.
