Thanks for the link Goat.Buying what you believe to be genuine signed Moz memorabilia is a tricky business.

From what I gather Morrissey personally signs less items than virtually any other artist.

There was a link on here last year where a girl was bidding on ebay for a signed Moz item for her boyfriend.It was being auction by supposedly one of the more genuine companies who specialise in signed merchandise.

The problem with this particular item was that it had Morrissey's name spelled incorrectly !Only using one "s".

I e mailed the girl who was bidding to tell her the item was a fake.I think Gender Nectar also notified her.

I then got a snotty email from the company saying I was damaging their reputaion and that sometimes Morrissey used different spelling when signing his name !Needless to say I told them that was nonsense.

Looking forward to the Durutti Column "Best Of".Vini is the best guitarist I have ever seen and I include Johnny Marr in that sweeping statement
