Took me a while to figure out too... near the top, where the red link text on the left says "Don't Like Waiting? Blah blah blah blah" it shows black text counting down until the download can begin, and then it turns into a gray button.

The first time I saw the download page I almost thought I had to register with the site to download the song. Thankfully that's not the case.
