Kevin and Bean have been doing that for years. Their 'joke' is that they get a celebrity to call the show. Due to the confused feeling in that bit of theirs, I assume its something that probably sounded funny to these guys during prep for the show, but fell flat in performance.
 
Right, but then Moz came out and insisted it was him. That's the odd bit.

when did he do that? Is it on record? It really does not sound like him at all...as someone else mentioned the "d'you know what I mean?" really gives it away. Since when does Moz care whether people "know" what he means anyway? ;)
