Just got Earl's Court tickets email... WTF!?!?

this is the majority of the email. It goes on to say something about needing to reference an account number and to bring the email... blah, blah, blah. Rubbish.

MORRISSEY at Earl's Court, London on 18/12/2004
safely before the date of the show.

I have arranged for your order to be available for collection from the venue
box office at Earl's Court on the day of the performance from
1830hrs.*"

No, sorry. I think they are still selling them if you are looking, though.

I am curious as to why they have people pay a "convenience" charge or service fees if they have no intention of delivering them to your door.
