I know there was in fact a promo flag issued and the first reply seems to verify it is in fact the one. I for some reason didn't recall it looking like that, though but am more than likely wrong.

YES, INDEED IT IS REAL, BUT A VERY CRAPPY PROMOTIONAL ITEM AT THAT. VERY CHEAPLY MADE ,HELD TOGETHER BY A FEW STAPLES ,VERY FRAGILE AND EASILY GET REALLY DIRTY. I BOUGHT ANOTHER A FEW MONTHS AGO FOR $10 IN VERY GOOD CONDITION
