Who is "Lucky Lisp" about? I know I should know this, but I never bothered to find out. Oscar Wilde? Kenneth Williams? Joe Orton, Kenneth Halliwell? If anyone knows, I'd be interested. Thank you.

It's partially a play on a well-known title, "Lucky Lips."
As for who it's about, well, there's only one person who knows for sure, and I don't know that he's ever said. Anything we could come up with would just be speculation.
