I have a dilema, you see I am using a laptop with Wi-Fi and connecting to the internet via my neighbours wireless LAN. Is this theft??? You see I think it could be likened to the law that states you may not enter your neighbours garden to steal apples but you may pick apples from any branch that overhang into your garden! Any thoughts on the morality of this????

i think it should be illegal as it is costing them, and they may eb able to trace you but i don't thyink anything will become of it, as long as you don't go on sites that cost 20 pounds. they will be able to trace what you're doing though.
