I am frightened i am being sectioned!!!!

i got a letter off the social services saying i must attend a mental clinic in Manchester for voluntary assesment or i will be arrested and sectioned for stalking Andy Rourke HELP!!! IM NOT MENTAL!!! i dont want to go
