simmering in Pgh

Oh, now, come on - back spasms and a migraine? Please. My friend and I think that, b/c he didn't sell out the venue, he decided not to perform. He pulled the same stunt years before. I can't believe he is so unprofessional and ultimately insulting to his rabid fans. Where the hell would he be without us? We're the reason he's even able to tour. I am not pleased. And I know I'm not the only one. I feel bad for anyone who commuted to Pgh from faraway places. Unbelievable.

grow up you silly, pathetic person

But he's gotta rest up for March, when I'm gonna be in CA for spring break and seeing him again! woo-hoo!

Sorry for all who were gonna see him in Pittspuke.

The same people complaining about him post poning are the SAME people who would be bitching for weeks if Morrissey decided to go ahead and play and sounded/ felt terrible the whole time and had to end the show early. Its HIS career and if he says he will play at a later date then believe him! If he wants to cancel a show because of BACK SPASMS- then he has the right to do so.. not his fault you traveld hundreds of miles.
TO make up for the vegas show he did 2 more in return along with some more in California! Just Stop feeling sorry for yourselves already and let Morrissey get better!

That is all nice and well, but the truth is I would rather see Morrissey play half a show rather than no show. Besides, the fact is he will NOT be coming back to Pittsburgh...EVER. The real reason Morrissey cancelled the Pittsburgh show is because he didnt feel like playing. Do you idiots really think he cares about losing money on that show by cancelling. He has millions. And as far as it not being Morrisseys fault that some people drove from far away, it IS his fault. Do you think he doesnt realize that half the people who come to his shows are from out of town. Do you think he "cares" about his fans. For you morons who think he was in pain last night, he sure didnt look like he was in pain jumping in his limo and getting out of town. Here is exactly what Moz was thinking. "Driver, please get me to the airport and get me out of @#!!!sburgh. I fooled these people again! They hate me now, but they love me later." And as far as I knew, I thought this was a discussion board where we were free to express our thoughts and opinions on the current tour. Well administration wrote me an e-mail for criticizing Moz last night. They dont want you to hear negative stuff...even if it is the truth. Whoever monitors this discussion board is a C U N T.

Did the site administration censor you? Or did they just criticize you? I see plenty of negative comments about Moz here. If you were censored, I bet it is was because you used similiar language as you used above. Why don't you post their email so we can see both sides of this argument?

And how would you know?

Yes, he made the trouble of actually travelling to that city and having the band soundcheck just so he could play hooky. I guess it was all staged to fool the fans into thinking Morrissey had some intention of playing. And Morrissey, feeling a bit lazy that night, decided that getting on stage for an hour was too much effort and cancelled leaving his management to try and re-work the date back into the tour later on and potentially costing them more time and money than if he had just gone ahead and switched off the TV and played that one hour.

And when would that be? The next day I assume. I suppose it would make you feel better if they wheeled him out in a wheel chair with IV's and tubes coming out of his arms as he stared straight ahead and drooled all over himself from all the drugs. And if you are so pissed at him, camping outside of his hotel would be the last place you would be.

I agree you shouldn't have been censored.

Actually he was censured. Maybe it wasn't anyone who administrates this board that sent that e-mail. It could just have been a wise-guy (or girl) who was taking the piss out of that person. I personally disagree with everything that Pink Dog Hard-Ons said.

hey...you never know how much money a person has or doesnt have until you catch them on a where are they now tv special. people are alot of times broke and they will never look it. i mean not everybody has to stick out their hand to get a donation...i've just been speculating as to what the reason for this tour is. though i'm grateful,"i guess he's just bored" isnt cutting it anymore and this is definately a possibility. this has stopped making sense a long time ago and you cant tell me i'm the only one who thinks so.

Morrissey is RICH

According to someone who knows (Cili?) Morrissey is worth roughly $10 mil or $12 million. He never has to work again if he doesn't want to. OH, TO BE A POP STAR. Publishing royalties are wonderful!
