Are the Guinness they send to the US watered down. I drank 6 of them and I was barely drunk and usually 3 is my limit.

The bar is called Dry Bar. It was owned by Factory Records. There are still other undiscovered delights to be found down the back of Piccadilly!

Ok Bluebles. The undertones with old peelie. The wedding present. And half man half cookie (as my north american readers call them).
Get those fingers moving!!!!!

I don't think it's watered down, lgdac. In fact, judging by the number of times I couldn't remember getting back to base from Kearny, Hoboken, or numerous places in nyc, I can say that with some authority.
Then again, I'm just a social drinker. I don't normally go at it hell-for-leather like you do. Maybe you should ask a fellow bum.

Why didn't you say so, I was in Hawthorne. Yeah that must be it. It must have been something in the water that made me immune. But for some strange reason it doesn't work on German Beers.
AND do you know how you got home? I dragged you all the way to the path, then pushed you into a cab, and shoved your butt through your front door. Yes, that was me.

You're lucky, lgdac. It makes all the locals insane. Don't take too much of it!

But for some strange

German beers are brrrrilliant. They really know their stuff. Have you tried any dark ones? Not as popular as the light ones but MUCH better, imo. I had a couple in an Austrian (no,really) restaurant here in London last week. If it was more widely available, I might even be tempted to switch from guinness. Which, believe me, is really saying something.

I keep meaning to thank you for that. Then again, it doesn't take much to shove my butt anywhere. I've only got a wee skinny one. But don't tell anyone.
