DVD Single for FOTGTD in America?

Has anyone bought this? Does it exist in America? WHere did you get it? It was not on Amazon.com as far as I could tell. Thanks.

I've searched everywhere. I suppose some of the extras not available currently in the US will suddenly appear when Morrissey finally tours the US for real. I can't even find a Quarry Tshirt locally.

I recently purchased it this past sunday here in california at tower records. they had the following:
us regular cardboard sleeve with all four tracks
us 7" single with all four tracks as well
uk import with slim jewel case and only one b-side
us dvd single with fotgtd video and picture gallery

i got mine at my local Virgin. it wasn't at the singles section though. they had it up at the counter which i thought was strange. was at tower this weekend and it was in the music dvd section with "oye esteban" which was also odd. your best best it to ask the person behind the counter and hope they don't reply "who?"
