Morrissey has as pecial relation with Dublin the birthplace of his two parents. From oscar wilde to the georges st arcade, moz has a fondness for the city and lived there for a few years.

His first proper solo gig was in Dublins national stadium venue and later on thatyear he finished at the point. This year he has played Dublin castle and will finnish it in Dublin, which could be a fitting end to a great career.

Every Morrissey fan who can go to Dublin should go!Tickets remain for sale at www.ticketmaster.ie

This night will be special.

In Dublins fair city where the girls are so pretty...............

I firmly refuse to believe this is true....

...in a sort of sticking my fingers in my ears and saying "la la la la la la la I can't hear you la la la la" way.

Oh please, NO!!! I understand his reasoning- my two aunts visit Dublin every Spring. They'd try to get me to come along- I never accepted, foolish me. If this is the VERY LAST GIG I....the unhappiness will seal my fate.

Re: I doubt it..

Mainly because he's BEEN as good as retired. He's had a brilliant year and I can understand the idea that he'd like to bow out on a high note, but it just wouldn't make much sense for him to stand up and say "thanks everyone, now I'm off to drive around LA for another seven years."

Moz and the boys have been working on new material, and there's going to be a new album sometime next year. With a new album there'll be a new tour. If Moz hadn't been a success this time around he might curl up and dissapear, but he's enjoying himself too much to call it quits just yet.

He's been touring YATQ since what, April? He probably wants to head home, rest a bit and concentrate on the new songs. It's natural for him to get teary-eyed at bringing a successful tour to a close, and seeing the love from his fans. But he'll be back again though.

Fingers crossed anyway!
