Can someone please help me decode the meaning of this crap. My 2-year-old brother's vocabulary is much more intelligible than this, and he also is not remotely close to being such a wining baby cry as this bafoon appears to be.

This is the last time i will try to make sense of the board, because now i'm starting to agree with Cinderella & crew.

Basically after reading through this board every week, i've come to my own conclusions. I will not longer try to police anyone's thoughts or posts. It is not my problem and I have no authority here, so why waste my time? We all have our own ideals as to what this board should be, so I've realized that trying to communicate to the youth/immature posters is futile. Basically they beat you at their own game. They know how to push your buttons and they do it quite well, although when they get outside of their element, they fail miserably. So let it be, give it up, resist the urge, and submit to the rebels.

You'll be much happier knowing that your have given respect to the undeserved and in the end, karma does tend to catch up to people. I would love a ROLL CALL! One that divided the posters between the people who hate the nonsense and the people that perpetuate it! At least that way we would know who's who, so that we don't waste our time opening and closing nonsense. At any rate here are my last suggestions for the board

It is really not important to me that the board is as intelligent as you are. Actually it is more a case of emotional intelligence, rather than grammar, vocabulary and spelling. As you can see by your responses, people are more than willing to jump down your case for a few misspelled words. However, you asked for it, by claiming superiority, didn't you?

The things that bother me are, A: posters using other people's names, B: Insults to newbies, C: countless non-morrissey posts.

A: Could be solved with passwords, i've seen this work on other boards.

B: Won't change with the current line-up of immature wannabes. I was young once, so I remember how much easier it is to say something negative, rather than something encouraging. I say this not to insult the young posters here, but to give some insight. I seriously doubt that the "trouble-makers are over 20 years old?" It would be a real shame to know that an adult is wasting their 20's on this. When you're older, think papa jack, you'll need people more than you'll ever know, and it's important to remember that the internet is still a new thing to some people, old and young.

C: Will change with the new album. I celebrate diversity, so I guess we have to make room for the ignorant? Let them have their fun, things could be worse.

The last time I heard from David, he honestly thought that this trend would die away on its own. That has not happened. A "fix" is needed.

Either passwords or required Email addresses (not pseudo addresses)would solve a lot of the problems. Email addresses should be on the main board page alone with name and subject so you would know who the poster was before opening the messsage.

It isn't the young or naive that concern me, they are quite refreshing, and we all agree that Morrissey fans need new blood in their midst. It's the profane and "slam happy" as well as the pure attention getting of verbal grafatti that litters this board. These individuals feed off each other and post multiple personas.

I don't think change will come with a new album. The wonderful tour was completely ignored on this board. For any fan reactions to the tour news, we had to go elsewhere. People I have looked forward to reading their posts have been driven away, or they post under ever changing names. I miss the stability that once was here.

Same here, it all started to go downhill when greasetea appeared. I can't tell who's who anymore. We may have to start from scratch?
