Can anyone finish this tab for me?

I started working out the chords for Friday Mourning but I'm stuck at the chorus. Here's what I have so far:

Intro
|D |Em A |x2

Verse
|G |F#m |F |A |
|D |Em A |D |Em A |
|G |F#m |F |A |

Chorus
|F |C |? |? |

The two missing chords at the end are D# and A# respectively; repeated then followed by A leading back into the verse. It's probably easier to play the D# as a barred A-shape on the sixth fret, then adjust the fingers for the A#.
