    Default Moz/Smiths top 100 Estimates

Does anyone think a Moz solo song will crack the top 10?

    Mmm...in which specific chart (US/UK)?
Morrissey has many UK top 10 since 1989.

Only if he teams up with The Neptunes. Or duets with Snoop.

    EILS should get there.
Otherwise Now My Heart is Full, Trouble Loves Me, Jack The Ripper
    or Life Is A Pigsty.

Have you ever seen the Billboard Top 10 songs?

    http://www.billboard.com/bbcom/chart...lboard+Hot+100

It's all rap/hip hop, or young women like Avril, Pink, Fergie and Gwen, many of which are adopting a lot of rap/hip hop into their own pop.

Right now in America the thing that sells is anything involved with rap, hip hop, or urban culture. That's just what's selling right now. Moz is so far from that, I don't see him having a top 10 single in the next 5 or even 10 years, if he ever does.

Though if he did a duet with Snoop, that would indeed be a whole different story.

I was just thinking how hilarious and beautiful it would be if Moz exploded onto the urban scene and every kid from Brooklyn to Compton had Morrissey posters next to their Tupac and Biggie Posters. Ha!
