Question about a "rare" Morrissey song.

Has anyone ever heard a song called "Melanie"???? I was searching Kaza to find the Irish Blood English Heart BBC version, and I came across Melanie. It starts with a mexican radio announcer speaking spanish and saying "the new Morrissey Single, Melanie" it's not the best quality, so I can't determine if it is a real song by morrissey, or a fake. Sounds like it could be real. Does anyone else know??? I'm really curious.

it was a radio station hoax. it does sound like morrissey but it really isn't.

OH MY GOD !!!!! We have had this discussion on here once a week for the last 2 years!!!
Obviously you are not aware of this so please,please take it from me.It's a fake.

Wasn't aware. I don't read the message board. By the end of my download, I pretty much came to the conclusion that it wasn't a real moz song. Thanks though.

I thought it was really called "You've had Her"? Coz it was done right along with tje single "Jack the Ripper".

There is a genuine song called "You've Had Her".

Hmmm...
I downloaded 'A Girl I Used To Know' out of curiosity, and it was the same recording as that 'Melanie'. But internet file sharing isn't the most reliable source for getting "exclusives"
