What was his reason for replacing 'The Queen is Dead' with 'Two Light Ales Please'

RE: 1986 The Queen Is Dead tour, UK 2nd leg

Morrissey waved a "The Queen Is Dead" sign during that particular song. He later flipped the sign over for fans to read "Two Light Ales Please". During "Panic" he would swing a noose to highlight the "hang the DJ" lyrics.

Not everything he does has a really deep meaning. I think he was just trying to be funny, lighten the mood, maybe take the edge off the song (The Queen is Dead), and put in his request at the pub before last call.

Worth noting he was only asking for two. Joyce and Rourke had to get their own.
