MOZ in DC

I've seen Morrissey at various venues. The show in DC was lacking an enthusiastic crowd. Most people were just sitting in their seats. Morrissey sounded great even if he wasn't 100%. Great set list. Big Mouth Strikes Agains was cool. I hope fans in Philly are a little bit more excited and sell the place out.

people saying the venue wasn't sold-out. . .how full was it would you say?

I'd guess about 2/3?

it's hard to say. a lot of people didn't get to their seats until around 9, when Morrissey took the stage. in general, the security was cool - they let people on the far right get 3rd row in the middle, because for some reason that row was pretty empty :p sheesh!

well then this proves ticketmaster f***ed up this tour. they didn;t sell best first and when you do that, you discourage people from buying. his shows usually sell out. i wonder how many people heard he was coming and just assumed it was too late to get tickets.

and also. . .Morrissey is touring and no one knows. friends in new york still don't know while they know all the other alternative bands are touring.
